Tonight marks the beginning of Sukkot also known as The Feast of Tabernacles/Booths & will end on the evening of October 9th.
Local Floridians, Larry & Deb Dubin, of Pompano Beach, Florida have been Jewish believers in Jesus since the late 1990s. They are currently a part of CJF Ministries (Christian Jew Foundation https://www.cjfm.org) and were both involved with the organization Jews for Jesus (https://jewsforjesus.org) since 1999.

Larry was a member of Jews for Jesus for twenty years and married Deb in the year 2000. Larry is extremely passionate about three things:
- Building the Kingdom of God
- Sharing the Gospel story with Jewish and non-Jewish people and
- Teaching/Equipping the body of Messiah how to share the Gospel with their Jewish friends.
Deb enjoys meeting with Jewish seekers who are interested in understanding Jesus and loves to study the Scriptures in various settings. For example, she meets at coffee shops, homes, through video conferencing & over the phone.
They both are in Colorado until October 18th, 2020 to minister to various churches about the Jewish Holiday, The Feast of Tabernacles/Booths, ending in Texas. Below is a list of their schedule:
Tonight marks the beginning of Sukkot also known as The Feast of Tabernacles/Booths & will end on the evening of October 9th.
“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” KJV (King James Version).
Within the Bible, there are numerous mentions in the Old & New Testament of this particular Holiday, beginning in Leviticus 23 all the way to the Book of Revelation Chapter 21:3
“And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God.” KJV (King James Version).
Jesus is mentioned at The Feast of Tabernacle within John Chapter 7 in Galilee before he was arrested. Hebrews 9:11-12 says,
“But when Christ came as high priest of the good things that are now already here, he went through the greater and more perfect tabernacle that is not made with human hands, that is to say, is not a part of this creation.” (New International Version).
In Exodus, the Jewish people were leaving Egypt having experienced transition at the Red Sea to be redeemed with no idea where they were going. God appeared to them in order to escape the army of Egypt from slavery to the Promised Land as a representation of transition. Moses was later instructed to build a sanctuary or Tabernacle to have a restoration of God’s presence (Exodus 25-31).
This Holiday is about God dwelling with us and for us to rejoice in the Lord until we are to experience the heavenly realm and the New Jerusalem that is to come. Larry & Deb visit Palm Beach county for Bible studies and other forms of ministry.
